Refund policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your order. However, if you are not completely satisfied due to any damaged or missing part, you may return it to us for a refund or replacement. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS In order to be eligible for a refund, you must return the product within 30 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you received it and undamaged in any way. All orders are final — we do not accept returns or exchanges on any items unless the items you received are damaged or missing.

We hereby declare that we are not liable for any consequences resulting from our customers purchasing products from us and subsequently selling them on third-party platforms (Amazon, eBay, Walmart, etc.). Any actions taken by a third-party platform, including deactivation of listings, authentication issues, or the suspension of any accounts, are beyond our control and responsibility. Customers engaging in such activities do so at their own risk, and we strongly advise them to adhere to eBay's, Amazon's, and all applicable platform policies and guidelines.

CANCELLATIONS & NON-REFUNDABLE FEES A non-refundable merchant processing fee applies to all transactions. For any order cancelled before fulfilment, this merchant fee will be deducted from your refund, and only the remaining balance will be returned to your original payment method.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS In the case of an approved refund, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost of the item unless the return is the direct result of our error (such as a damaged, defective, or incorrect item shipped). Return shipping charges are non-refundable.

RETURN PROCESS To return an item, please contact customer service to claim a refund or replacement with proof of damage or missing parts (videos or pictures). After your claim is verified, contact support to obtain a Return Address. After receiving the address, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase (order invoice). When a return is authorized, Turbo Tech Performance will proceed with the refund or replacement.

Your return shipment is free of charge in some cases. If you return an item and the reason for return isn't the result of our error, the parcel will be delivered back to your shipping address and no refund will be initiated.

REFUNDS After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your refund or exchange. Please allow at least 30 days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1–2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

EXCEPTIONS: For reasons of safety, hygiene, and resale integrity, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged once received:

  • Installed or attempted to install parts - any item showing signs of installation, mounting, fluid contact, or test fitting beyond inspection
  • Electrical and electronic components, once connected, powered, or programmed (tuners, modules, sensors, wiring harnesses)
  • Tuning devices and programmers that have been registered, VIN-locked, or activated
  • Fluids, oils, additives, and chemicals once opened or seal-broken
  • Filters and consumable maintenance items removed from sealed packaging
  • Special-order, custom, or made-to-fit items built or sourced specifically for your vehicle
  • Gift cards
  • Digital products (e.g., tunes, guides, downloads)
