Processing times

In-stock filter kits ordered before 2:00 PM CT on a business day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after the cutoff, on weekends, or on holidays ship the next business day. You'll get a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order leaves our facility.

Shipping rates & delivery

We offer free standard shipping on all filter kits within the continental United States, with no minimum order. Typical delivery is 2–5 business days depending on your location. Alaska & Hawaii rates are calculated at checkout.

Order tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. If you haven't received tracking within two business days of ordering, contact us and we'll look into it right away.

Wrong or damaged items

If a kit arrives damaged, or a fitment error is on our end, we'll make it right and cover the cost of getting the correct parts to you. Reach out with your order number and we'll handle it.
